This Privacy Policy explains what information Levantine Dress ("we", "us") collects when you use levantinedress.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Information we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address and billing address. Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. When you contact us we keep your name, email and message. When you browse the site we collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.

How we use your information

We use your information to process and deliver orders, send order confirmations and shipping updates, answer your questions, prevent fraud, and improve the site. We only send marketing emails if you have asked for them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services needed to run the store: Stripe (payments), our shipping carriers (delivery), Vercel (hosting), Neon (order database) and Sanity (site content). Each of these providers is bound to protect your data. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep items in your cart, remember your currency choice and keep the site secure. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart will not work without them.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 7 years to meet Canadian tax and accounting rules. Contact messages are kept for up to 2 years. Technical logs are kept for a short period for security.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where the law allows. Contact us through the Contact page and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

We use HTTPS across the site, and payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the bottom of this page shows when it was last changed.
